These are project records, not polished case studies. I keep the dates, the hardware names, the dead ends, and the point where I stopped knowing what happened.
Why I built Core Terminal.
A native Linux terminal with the workflow I use: profiles, tabs, saved window groups, and a careful approach to cleaning up terminal sessions.

A 2022 garage-door complaint turned into Homebridge, Home Assistant on an Odroid M1, Zigbee2MQTT, Apple Thread credentials, and an ESP32-S3/H2 Ethernet build from 2024.

The GL.iNet Comet RM1 has a working browser client. This note records the native macOS attempt, the dead Janus endpoint, the working Pion/WebRTC path, and the input work still ahead.
